Ambientes cómodos y limpios, buena atención en todo momento. aire acondicionado 100% bueno. hotel moderno y personal muy atento en todo lo que se requería

ubicación y alrededores …lamentablemente Piura no es una ciudad muy limpia. pero el hotel es otra cosa lo que contrasta con los alrededores

"La calidad no se improvisa"

El desayuno

Se solicitó en repetidas veces una cinta anti resbala miento en el baño (la ducha) para mi mamá y nunca se solucionó, un riesgo alto para mi madre de la tercera edad.

Las camas muy cómodas y el Ac funcionaba bien me gustó que tenga también frigobar y doble cortina.

El desayuno malo, la limpieza de las habitaciones y la limpieza del hotel. Podría mejorar la habitaciones y el baño podrían estar mas limpios y las áreas comunes igual el pasillo de la cochera al acceso del ascensor hacia el hotel estaba demasiado sucio y así permaneció hasta el día siguiente que salí. Y nos dieron una habitación qie daba hacia la cochera lo cual no me gustó.
