Всичко , идваме за 2 път и сме изключително доволни и ще дойдем пак определено

Много добро местоположение, със собствен паркинг, малко но много приятно СПА, добра и разнообразна закуска, при този престой имаше и предвидена вечеря, много удобно за седене на басейна до късно. Вечерята също беше предвидена и за деца. Стайте за семейства с отделна спалня, са по-удобни от общите.

Много се мокри банята, не е отделена напълно душ зоната. И като цяло няма нагревател, за бързо съхнене на хавлиите. За една нощувка не успяват да изсъхнат и на следващия ден се ползват мокри.

I stayed at the 103° Hotel for two nights, and while the hotel itself is fair, the service was genuinely appalling. The experience was completely ruined by the unprofessionalism of the front office manager, Svetilina, and her staff. ​The trouble started with a request for an iron. I was told it would take 5 minutes, but I waited 30. I called again and was told 10 minutes, yet nobody came. When I finally went to the reception, the manager immediately accused us of damaging the room, claiming the curtains were "on the floor." I told her she must be mistaken because they were not on the floor when I left, and she began accusing me of lying. She then said she had pictures to prove it, but when she showed me the photos, the curtains were still hanging and it was clear that only a few clips had detached. ​When I said I didn't recall us causing that damage, one of the three women at the desk, svetilina, started laughing out loud and moving her body in an incredibly disrespectful and mocking way while speaking Bulgarian. I went aside to ask my son if he knew what happened, and he told me the clips had detached while he was trying to close the curtains. I immediately went back and offered to pay for the damage. The only staff member who understood English told me it was fine and that it was only a clip. ​However, it felt like we were "punished" for the rest of the stay. When we returned to the room, the espresso capsules were missing, there were no tissues, and they only returned some of the towels . We didn't complain then because we just wanted to have fun with our kids, but the pettiness was obvious. Finally, at checkout, Svetilina insisted I pay a 7 Euro penalty for a lost room card, a plain white card with no writing on it. I paid and left, but the disappointment remained. It is a shame that a good hotel is ruined by a manager like Svetilina and staff who mock guests. I will never return to this hotel solely because of her.

Персоналът беше много отзивчив и любезен. Навсякъде в хотела беше чисто и добре поддържано. Храната беше страхотна.
