Nice grounds well kept grounds. Nice room, Receptionist nice. Toilet got blocked and was fixed very quickly

Not great help from staff when asked. Especially when it came.to.asking for things like Spa service and re renting a golf kart. Didn't get the mini bar price list. Shower was okay but wouldn't stay hot. Paid to have the room upgraded so spent alot of money on the room but service didn't reflect. No shuttle service into town or the airport is not great for expensive hotel especially given how expensive Taxis are. Drivers just make up their own prices and the hotel should protect you from such things. If you don't have licence or can't drive etc for medical reasons you have to use a taxi which is very expensive. Hotel should offer a free or at least discounted shuttle service.

Quiet, serene, beautiful. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We appreciated that breakfast was included, as the hotel was a bit far from the center and there were no closeby food/other locations. Nothing was walking distance but we were ok with it. We rented a buggy, which is a must, but felt it was quite expensive, as we read online that buggies are usually less than $100/day. Ours was more and was recommended by the hotel. Do your own research before choosing a buggy company. It was a beautiful hotel with amazing gardens. The roosters get loud too early in the morning, but it was a great stay overall.

We liked everything but I do want to caution people that the location is farther than expected. If there is no mode of transportation, it may be difficult to get to places. Buggy or scooter rental is the best way to go.

L'hotel è immerso nel verde, lontano dalla confusione del centro. Ideale per chi ha voglia di staccare e godersi il silenzio e la natura. Occorre mettere in conto l'eventualità che entrino in stanza zanzare e qualche altro insetto innocuo (consiglio di portarsi l'autan). L'hotel nel complesso è abbastanza rustico e in linea con l'ambiente circostante e vedendo gli standard dell'isola, mi è sembrato di buon livello in generale. È necessario noleggiare un buggy o un motorino per muoversi. Noi l'abbiamo fatto direttamente attraverso la reception, molto comodo. Il centro dista circa 20 minuti. Abbiamo usufruito sempre del ristorante dell'albergo per cena per evitare di muoverci con il buio. Il cibo era buono. La colazione è alla carta e c'è una buona varietà, a parte un problema iniziale di mancanza cibo (vedi sezione "cosa non ti è piaciuto), poi risolto per fortuna. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e ha accolto ogni nostra richiesta. Vicino all'albergo c'è un piccolo stabilimento sugli scogli molto bello e con un mare fantastico.

Migliorerei la pulizia, sebbene nel complesso era abbastanza pulito, ma considerando che per arrivare alle camere si cammina su terriccio, erba e sassolini, le stanze si sporcano facilmente, quindi presterei più attenzione e farei effettuare una pulizia più profonda. La colazione e il relativo servizio è decisamente da rivedere. Ogni giorno mancavano piatti elencati nel menù e le porzioni che venivano offerte erano decisamente scarse e ci siamo trovati più volte costretti a chiedere di portarci altro cibo e ci veniva risposto che era finito. Di fronte al nostro disappunto ci è stato risposto che stavano cambiando il menù e che dovevano fare la spesa. L'ho trovato inaccettabile. Ci siamo infatti lamentati con la direzione, che per scusarsi ci ha offerto una cena nel ristorante dell'albergo e dal giorno successivo è stata garantita la presenza di tutto ciò che era indicato nel menù. Ho molto apprezzato quanto fatto dalla direzione per rimediare.

The only thing I like about the property is that it was quiet. But that is about it. Our second day of being there in the morning while taking a shower there power and the water when away so I was left in the middle of shower with soap and shampoo on my self. They turn of the power and water with out informing us. The second day was the water that was cut off. And the owner which leaves in property never informed. Must of the stuff was attentive and specially Katherine. Which it was the only one who when above and beyond to help amazing stuff member the owner is blessed with an employee likes her she took matters in to her hands as she was the owner and help me. I pay top dollars for the place and other amenities I use honestly they where ok nothing to justify what I paid for 4 nights and 3 days

The staff were exceptional. Always around always helpful. Nelson, Dorothy and Octavia were people we spent more time with and they were great!
