Location was good Impressive entrance foyer area Convenient access for breakfast at the restaurant

Heritage Queen room was exceptionally small, with sagging bed pushed up against the wall, so I couldn't get out of the bed without climbing and crawling over to the end, so very difficult to access the bathroom during the night.

The location was good, the online checkin/out process was easy and smooth.

It was confusing to get to room, the room felt unwelcoming and more like a prison. I would not recommend or stay again.

Location was ideal, access to pool and sauna was great. Staff were very friendly.

Room wasn’t sound proof which was a problem considering you were on little Collins st. No room service and wouldn’t bring any extras ( more milk) to the room.
