The room was basic but clean and functional. Suited our purpose for that stay. Friendly checkin experience.

The shower was hard to control. Water was very hot or cold, difficult to adjust. Mattress quite soft.

The Friendly Owner who was extremely helpful. Proper Toilet Paper in the Bathroom

Unfortunately no food available but was able to get some food delivered and the owner said we could do that

"Perfect place to stay if you love clean and easy to access."

Its location is perfect, while it is on a main road and behind the edge of a translation. It’s close to bus stops making it easy to navigate around the Southampton area. The rooms are very very clean, the bed was soooooo comfy and it’s even got a little tea making station which is perfect because you can’t grab a breakfast before heading out.

The rooms are quite echoey, as is the hallway, so when someone gets up to pee in the night you can hear them walking to the loo.
