Everything was great! And staff are really friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again - and in fact we did on the trip back :D

Heating in the room was not sufficient enough for our liking and it made it a bit hard to sleep. It was cool enough to open the window to cool down the room more, but unfortunately then a lot of mosquitos came in and I woke up with 10+ bites.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten unsere Wünsche bezüglich der Lage des Zimmers mitteilen. Das war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns besonders gefreut. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig. Wir fanden die Betten super bequem. Das Zimmer lag absolut ruhig. Ich habe Probleme einzuschlafen, wenn das Zimmer nicht komplett verdunkelt werden kann. Auch dies war hier jedoch kein Problem. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Ein absolutes Top Hotel. Sehr schade finde ich die von der Stadt geförderte Strafmandat-Abzocke am Wörthersee. Die Stadt mag zwar 25 Euro dazugewinnen schadet jedoch dem Gesamtgefühl. Dies hat jedoch nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun.
