"Pleasant stay"

Our family picked Victoria for a short spring break and my sister in-law booked the HGP. This hotel had the perfect harbour location and we were able to walk everywhere, we loved that. We had rooms with very comfortable double queens beds, very quiet location and amazing view. We arrived early (1:00 pm) and could not check in but were able to register and leave our bags, time to tour. When we did return at 4:00 pm, the front desk tried to take a second deposit, strange but we worked that out. Our biggest complaint was paying $28 for parking which was 2 block away and located on a small gravel lot. Most of the time the lot was full and with limited parking in the area, we were able to leave our SUV on hotel premises. Would we return, absolutely, but sort out your parking issue.

very nice room, clean and comfortable

not your fault but there was the Time Colonist 10 run which caused traffic chaos. That was the only thing and again not your fault. Lovely hotel and the eggs benedict at the Fathom restaurant was fantastic!
