Perfect for our stopover on our travels. Reasonably priced and conveniently lobster near everything we needed/wanted in VA Beach.

The room was good sized and the pool was pleasant. The "hot" breakfast was skimpy - only waffles and cereal. Not even a piece of toast.

The staff were rude and room was not well maintained

The rooms could've been cleaner, the chairs looks as if they was dragged through the streets, the showers looked as if they don't clean them and the second rooms tub felt like something was wrong with the flooring. The toilet paper roll holders was rusted badly and look a little nasty. House Keeping was also annoying knocking at the doors at 9am asking if we needed anything, that was the first time I experienced that at a hotel. Last but not least the door to our hotel was sealed well. In my opinion the hotel needs major upgrades and its not a mile away from the beach as it stated when booked. The board walk was 30 mins from the Inn.

Water stayed hot for a long time in the shower.

I was wrongly charged 278.80 before I even stepped on the property. & I’m STILL WAITING ON A REFUND!!! which I feel like I won’t be getting because the staff didn’t even give me a receipt when I checked out.. I really feel like they are going to keep my 278 dollars .. it made my trip AWFUL !!! I couldn’t spend NO MONEY ANYWHERE !! I couldn’t even go to the freaking good will dude…. Like… this hotel made my 4th of July AWFUL AND I’ve been coming to VA beach for the 4th for years now!’ AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL. How you gonna charge someone’s card an extra 278.80 when I done paid 325 for the hotel ?????? Then it’s still not refunded !!! I had to have someone send me money SO I CAN MAKE IT HOME !! AWFUL TRIP AND AWFUL EXPERIENCE !!! REFUND MY MONEY TO ME NOW THANK YOU !!! My bank is saying they haven’t even started a refund yet !!! I checked out early SUNDAY!!! I went down with 350 dollars for spending money and THEY TOOK 278.80 Friday before I even checked in !!!! STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND !’ DO BETTER ! I will not be back to this location or ANY quality inn at this point !!!! Awful ! Horrible !!! I’m lucky I had someone send me money so I could make it back home !!!! How you gonna charge someone’s card and NOT REFUND IT BACK!!! IM SO UPSET ABOUT THIS!!! WHERE IS MY MONEY AT??????!!!!!!
