"Great for the price. Clean."

Price. New paint and carpet. Everything worked. Chain BBQ place 50yds away. Free breakfast. Secure courtyard pool but I stayed during the winter.

It is an older building but very clean and kept. Free breakfast was OK. Not a variety but I like sausage, biscuits and gravy.

Very friendly staff and the staff member when we arrived was very polite, friendly and helpful to us. Very quite good location. Breakfast was very good.

Beds were harder than we expected.

My favorite place to stay in Duncan Oklahoma, The Manger is always Lovely!!!! She alone is worth staying here! And the lobby area is so cool for a small town motel worthy of taking a photo 👍👍
