Hilton Garden Inn Corning Downtown

What I want most from a hotel is a clean and quiet place to stay. This met both those criteria. And..you could easily walk to the Corning museum! It was interesting to be awaken by the Corning workers time blasts, a remnant of when these sound blasts would tell workers to get up and get going to work. We had a view of the river and the other side of town. A hour out to dining at The Cellar across the river (also walkable from the hotel).

One of my best experiences on my road trip

Jenny, was very helpful. My digital card took time to work and Jenny helped. The break fast staff needs a little work. They were overwhelmed with a few tables and i came to take breakfast upstairs and seemed like a big deal. The waitress kept saying the cook is very busy. I felt like an inconvenience. The second day the staff was much better. The waitress with the freckles was pleasant.

Hilton garden inn Clean and comfortable as expected. Nice full bar and made to order breakfast and meals. Good large shower with lots of hot water. USB ports by the bed and desk. Hilton app makes it easy to check in and uses phone to unlock door. But I suggest Ella’s acres for breakfast which is less than a minute walk One con- a bright white flashing light from smoke detector

It was very accessible from downtown and surrounding area
