The Napa Inn & Spa

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. The room is a little dated and may need some repairs but overall we enjoyed staying at the Napa Inn. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond, want to give a special shout out to Melinda and to Melissa, they were amazing! The location is only a 10 minute walk to downtown. There is parking onsite but you can also park on the street no problem. I would definitely stay here again.

The carpet in the room could use a change, but overall thats the only downsize of the room.

Some windows couldnt be opened & charging outlets were not greatly located or outlets need To be replaced

Perfect location to walk to Uptown Theater for a concert and dinner. Great breakfast!

Room could use some updating and new pillows

The staff was great! Especially Melinda - she went above and beyond for our group and just was such a ray of sunshine. Our beds were very comfortable and breakfast was tasty.

It was a little confusing to find breakfast and unfortunately there wasn’t quick response to questions via text or call. Rooms can use a little bit of an upgrade.

Location, beautiful house.

Excellent location near downtown Napa. Parking easy. Lovely historic building. Very good breakfast

High level window in room with no blind so very bright in the morning. External stairs to room a bit slippy in the rain and very difficult with luggage. Room a little tired with paint chipped and velux window leaking a bit in bathroom. Missed having a second bedside table/ light. Having no on-site staff after 5pm seemed a little unusual, and advised check in time very limited ( 2 hr window) unless prearranged which can be difficult to judge if driving.
