La facilidad y comodidad para personas discapacitadas en el area del baño

La unica recomendacion sería que en cuartos para discapacitados las camas sean un poco mas bajitas porque son muy altas y hasta una persona normal pasa mucho trabajo para subirse.

"BED BUGS and horrible staff"

BEDBUGS. Woke up to bites all over. Tried to check out. Got the runaround from the front desk. Told me oh the manager isn't in and we can't check you out. You'll have to call tomorrow after eleven. Gave me a business card. Wouldn't let me check out or give me receipt or even take my key back. I have emailed and called back two days in a row with same answer, manager isn't in. Meanwhile, my trip was ruined because I have allergic reaction apparently to the bites. Don't stay here. Truly disgusting, the room, the bugs and even the staff. Horrible experience

One of the front desk clerks (male) had an attitude the whole time I communicated with him. The other (female) she was nice but spoke to fast and kept repeating herself.
