Days Inn by Wyndham Parsippany

Housekeeping staff and 1 of the front desk clerks were cool.

I didn't like waking up to being bit by bugs and roaches everywhere when I turned the lights on. I contacted the front desk around 6amto let them know the issues and check out but they said i have to wait for manager who will be there at 9:30 then 11:00 while I'm sleeping in the car. They said to call later so I called them back and it seemed like my call was being screened by the clerk telling me that they will call me back and I'm still waiting. I was only asking for the day I couldn't stay to be comped and was met with indifference

Nothing.

The desk person, the room had black mold growing on the bathroom walls!!

Everything. If you want a good hotel, this is not one.

Decent parking lot. Clean area. The non-smoking room seemed to be an actual non-smoking room, not a room that had previously been a general purpose room disinfected with chemicals to disguise tobacco smell.

Highway entrance not clear. Driving in from highway right lane entrance a bit treacherous.

Convenience, staff, cleanliness

Lobby construction, shower door broken, no closet or clothes rack/hangers in my particular room (I know other rooms were not deficient in this regard…)

Bagels and muffins were gone when we got there. I think it was around 8. The waffle machine worked fine so we didn't miss breakfast. I liked that the coffee was drip and in dispensers.

There was nothing really wrong and the staff could not have done too much more. The outside of the building needed some work. It was dirty and not too nice to look at. The facility met my expectations comfortable room at a good price.

the room needed to be cleaned better. ex: behind bathroom door was dirt, looked like a coffee was spilled on door to patio and never cleaned and floor was STICKY. the whole room needed a deep clean, window sill needed dusting, air conditioner needed a good whip down
