OYO Hotel Jennings Near Crowley, LA I-10

We went into the room and instantly you could tell the beds were very, very cheap and old. Not only that but when you walked in you could see that they hadn’t cleaned the room properly. There was all kinds of trash under the beds and the fridge hadn’t been cleaned at all. We found someone’s fingernail and underwear behind the desk and tv also. Then we went into the bathroom where the drain itself it rusted and looks gross. Then, the vent is duct-taped closed I’m the bathroom which is a little sketchy. There were also holes all in the bathroom walls that I plugged with toilet paper. It did the job for us to have somewhere to sleep, but we will not ever book the OYO again.

Hotel employee was rude. Heater did not work -50 degrees outside. It was advertised that breakfast was included, however there is no breakfast and no even coffee in the room. Unhappy!! Please DO NOT OFFER BREAKFAST FOR THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT IS MISLEADING!!!

Not ready for service and not clean.

Booked online, showed up, took 30 minutes to find someone to check me in only to find an absolute disgusting room. The beds were made so someone clearly “cleaned” it but yet the beds were covered in hair and trash along with used q tips laying everywhere. Went straight to the desk asked for a refund checked out and left only for them to recharge me for a “no show” fee. One week later I’ve yet to get my money back they ask for more time to process my request.

This is worst hotel i ever been in. First walking in beds look like they were as old as hotel. I sprayed a whole bottle of febreeze just to take smell out. Soon as i sat down strted getting bit by ants. Looks like crack hotel. I evacuated for hurricane ida and glad i only stayed 1 night. Place needs to be burned and start over.

We had hurricane ida coming in an the lady in the office was able to refund my money quickly an easily. We weren't there but a day before our called company called us back home. When we checked in the lady in office was very helpful also. I enjoyed the fact that i was only a mile from my destination. Our experience was great with the staff.

We stay here for work. It is quiet and clean. Great location.

I had to cancel the reservation as soon as I walked into the room. There were bed bugs and blood stains on the comforter.

OYÓ Jennings, Louisiana is not the place to stay if you are concerned about cleanliness. I checked out the same day I checked in. This is due to the box springs on the king bed. They were soiled, torn, and molded. The manager didn’t seem to care or think it was an issue. The room was covered in dust when I did a wipe down with Lysol wipes. The refrigerator was dirty and the freezer was frozen over. The picture on Hotels.com was very misleading to say the lease. I had to climb to flights of stairs (disabled vet) because they had no rooms available downstairs.
