We had a one-night stay and there were no issues. The only problem was that we ordered room service at breakfast, it took over an hour to arrive. We didn't go downstairs personally because we were packing to leave, but we barely touched the food by the time we were ready to leave. We stayed again, but this time we'd probably go in person to eat.

"Best hotel experience in México - could use new pool cleaners though."

Our favorite Hotel in Hermosillo - it has the kindest Staff we've encountered in the Amercias so far. Everyone puts themselves to be the best ambassador of México and Hermosillo you could wish for. Once per day you get asked if there is something not working correctly at your room and they send immediately a technician to you who fixes it, unbelievably well maintained house. The architecture is clever as it traps the wind and makes the pool area cooler than outside of the hotel. Pool cleaning everyday but....

Pool cleaning was sluggish and the opening times could often not be met especially in the morning, very annoying! Please fix this, we booked it especially for closeness to the pool and our good experiences from our first stay, there were days when it wasn't open until 12, when it says it opens at 9 am. The cleaners sometimes just left their gear in the pool and kept it closed and where nowhere to be seen for hours.
