Staff friendly Clean facilities Great location

One of the rooms we stayed in had a problem wd the room heater. The guests couldnt turn it off so they were not comfortable sleeping. I was not aware nor advised when we checked in that the rooms will be cleaned only midweek. I was disappointed when I got back that day to see the room has not been tidied and the beds made.
