What a great place to stay! Loved the property it was so beautiful and well kept! The grounds were beautiful like a park and the pool was so nice! Perfect temperature and so clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room itself was so clean and well set up it had everything we needed for our stay. The location it self was great a short walk to the beach or you could walk to heavenly village. We will be back for sure!

This is a reasonably priced nice place to stay at South Lake Tahoe. The room had a kitchenette and a couch with the bedroom being separate. Instructions about their limited office hours were not obvious on the Expedia website so we got there at 9pm and the office was closed. There is a phone number on a lock box which we called to get our room key. Also if you check out before 8am you have to make early arrangements to return key. My only other complaint was that the bed was rather hard. But, really overall this is a great place to stay and I would stay there again.

The unit was very roomy. If you like to cook, it has what you need. The pool and hot tub were quite nice. Bring a drying rack for wet bathing suits towels Etc.

The staff in the office are not friendly, and the office closes at 8 PM. If you need a towel or any kind of assistance past 8 PM you are screwed, as there is no on-site help after that hour. For the cost of this hotel / lodge, there should be help available. The exterior of the place and shared spaces were shabby.

My room was very nice. It felt like a little apartment (and not a studio apartment). The kitchenette offered conveniences of home, such as a toaster, utensils, and small refrigerator for light meal prep. No dishwasher. I was on the first floor and I could overhear some guests up above late at night. Once they settled in, it did get quiet enough to fall asleep.
