I need someone to contact me regarding this reservation ASAP. .425-948-8664 I was told you would not accept my payment yet it was offered on all major travel websites. Was assured nothing was charged. Yet low and behold you try and bill my "prepaid payment method after refusing to allow ne to check in. Thankfully I moved money out but your night guy assured ne that because yall refused my payment I wouldnt be charged This was an absolute horrible experience. Ive stayed at numerous hotels and have never had this kind of experience. So to be told this after ny partner and I both drove our vehicles over an hr and arrive at 1130pm and be told we cant confirm the reservation I made online is absolutely insane and then you have the audacity to try and bill a payment method you supposedly dont accept?

Didn't know they were going to charge me ANOTHER $100 ...after you guys charged me for the room. Only 1 plug worked for the CPAP breathing machine my sister uses at night....we had to move her bed around so her machine could reach the plug.

The wonderful staff welcomed us at check-in, and the charming chef served us coffee at breakfast. You can also make delicious, hot waffles for breakfast.
