La ubicación es fenomenal.

El extractor de la habitación hacía mucho ruido e impedía conciliar el sueño. Al reportarlo a recepción dijeron que no podrían atenderlo hasta el día siguiente, eso hizo que no pudiéramos descansar apropiadamente para continuar con nuestro viaje al dia siguiente.

personal muy amable, atento y servicial. la ubicación de lo mejor para lo que lo requeriamos, con el acceso directo a cintermex. Yo no use el servicio de restaurante, pero mi esposa y mi hijo si, y les gusto mucho. Mi familia pidio que el proximo año del maratón volver a hospedar ahi, o si tenemos plan de ir a la arena Monterrey.

El servicio que me brindaron con guardar la insulina y gel de hielo , nunca batallé para dejarlo y recogerlo, me dirigieron al restaurante y súper eficientes , los empleados saben perfectamente lo que debían hacer y lo hicieron ese fue un alivio para mí porque en ocasiones si le batallo con eso, cuando era a deshoras, lo dejaba o revivía en recepción y también todo perfecto, mil gracias por su servicio y amabilidad del personal

El buffet a pesar de su costo es riquísimo y bastante variado! Ademas la ubicacion tomando en cuenta que mi hermana asistía al concierto de floricienta quedó de perlas

Nada por comentar, quizá solo la dependencia de usar tarjeta, pagaría un poco mas si me ofrecieran una tercer tarjeta (en mi caso ya que viajo en familia y nos solemos dividir en 2, asi podemos destinar una exclusivamente para el uso de la habitación)
