The staff was very nice and helpful

There was not enough parking for the guests who are staying there so at one point we were told we would have to find street parking and there was none available- thankfully the staff let us park in front of the pool, but my suggestion would be to provide more parking for guests because there is no street parking and we pay to stay there.

Air conditioning unit was not working,bathroom door lock did not work.noisy outside room,people smoking weed,skateboarding in the halls,people drinking alcohol and playing loud music

I was hesitant to book after reading the reviews. There were very good reviews and very bad reviews. Turns out the bad reviews were before the new management took over. Everything was great.

Minor clog in the bath. But it happens in much higher level hotels.

El personal no fue muy amable

We're seniors and had to travel with our small dog. Traveled for our Grand daughters Master Degree graduation at UCSC. When making reservation sent note that we needed 1st floor arrangements which the motel did. Lots of dogs stay at this motel, it's kept clean and stay was good and peaceful. Motel is within walking distance of wharf and a couple of street restaurants. Pool was nice, but we didn't use it. At check in, motel only charged for one night stay for our pet rather that two, that was a nice gift!

We were in a room right next to the front office and the WiFi at best was sketchy. There were several WiFi connections, but I could only make one work. I'm a firm bed sleeper, the first night was without sleep. My wife slept fine. Our room did not have any chairs or table, there was a small wall seat, used more for dog sitting and sleeping I believe. I had wandered over to the main office to get some coffee with creamer, believe the front office closes after every one has checked in for the night. Believe the front office doesn't open in the morning until people start checking in for the day. Never did find the vending machines. I thought the motel was very over priced, but if you have a pet.....you have to pay.
