Nothing as I ended up cancelling my booking

Unorganised reception, said my payment hadn't gone through and I would need to sort it out myself, I had booked 2 rooms under the one reservation number though. Couldn't tell me if the room would be clean or not ( the one room we did see ) and I would need to come back and tell them if it wasn't. Hair in bathtub and between clean sheets. Ended up cancelling and going elsewhere

"My guys were disappointed in my choosing of this hotel due to bugs and unclean rooms."

My guys had dirty beds. Hair and debris on the pillows. And they had bed bugs or some sort of bugs that bit them because they have bug bites on their skin after staying here.

Just what we expected for the price. Bed was Comfortable, room was quiet, hot water, refrigerator and microwave, good air conditioning, parking outside our room. Like most older properties needed Updating and a little extra cleaning.
