Property is not in good shape at all. After seeing property and deciding not to stay, I still was charged for the first night.

Location was convenient; right off I 20. Easy off, easy on. Room and bedding was clean, bed was comfortable and heat / air didn't make too much noise. Breakfast was vegan but adequate.

Not much...room had signs of recent repairs that were still unfinished.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable had everything a basic room should have.

I understand that times are hard, but the front desk staff member was not clean, or professional. The lady at the front desk was wearing a shirt that was horribly dirty, she wasn't wearing a bra, it also seemed like she was living in the room just next to the office, and when the door opened to the room it reaked. There was also a group of people, one in a wheelchair that seemed to just be hanging outside. They weren't unkind, but it just seemed super unprofessional. I suggest giving the employees a uniform and some dress code requirements. If you're going to have non smoking policies you can't have employees smoking in the room they are staying in. Also we didn't have a do not disturb sign, so even though we did not want maid service, they came anyway.

Front desk and other employees very nice. No bugs no roaches. Plain comfortable room.

Highway was load out at pool, inside you couldn't hear it

It was comfortable and clean

The breakfast didn't have any eggs or fruit, which is all I can have.

breakfast was average. I was happy that it is available everyday.

Inexpensive

No hot water, tv didn’t work until 2nd day had stone come in to get it to work. Contruction going on in hallways.

Love red roof we will miss them
