Beautiful view from our executive suite. Fantastic location, close to restaurants and the casino.

The walk to our room with my 76 year old mother was way too long! I saw another older gentleman with a walking frame trudging down the same very long hallway, all the way to the end. In addition, even though we had executive lounge access, they made my elder mother wait in the lobby for 6 hours rather than allowing her access to the lounge. I had contacted them previously to ensure that this would not happen as I was arriving on a much later flight and didn’t want mum feeling uncomfortable. 😤

Location, the rooms are modern and clean and the staff were all lovely!

It is very dated and could do with an upgrade, the pool area and communal areas are looking tired. The shower pressure was terrible!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 5 nights. The room was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing after a long journey. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect and extremely convenient. It was ideal for day tours, with easy access for tour pick-ups and drop-offs. The hotel is also very close to local markets and food markets, making it easy to explore the area, try local food, and shop around.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for both night life and the Marina. Shops within walking distance and not far from the city lagoon and the night markets

In the room there was only coffee pods for coffee, and while that sounds great for some, it is not good if you don't like the one type of coffee they provided, or were not sure how to use the machine. Also, there was insufficient milk provided
