The convenience.

The rooms were ran down. They have cracks in the wall and the bathroom was small, and the tub looked like it was bondo also the shower head was coming off the wall.

The staff was very friendly

Our first room was smelled gross, looked like the roof was falling apart. The hot tub was not usable as it had a green color to it.

The outside was dumpy not up to standards, looked nothing like the pictures online! The shower had rust in it and to get extra towels we had to pay $25 for them. Not impressed will not be back

"Wrong room/over paid"

Convenience of location to the mall.

I requested a double queen bedroom with patio to the pool access. I was told that since I made it online that was not an option even though that is what I booked from the description. I supposedly booked a queen suite but I asked if they could put me in a balcony since patio was not available. They did but I paid Suite price which I thought was unfair.

"Over priced for what you get."

The restaurant was closed. The tile around the water play area was very slippery and multiple children feel. Can’t believe there aren’t rubber mats to walk on.
