"Prepare for a long, slow moving line to check in and out."

We had a good experience this past weekend except for a couple of issues. The first, and it was huge, was the lack of staff at the desk to check guests in. The line was very long and very slow. There were 2 people checking in guests but they needed a couple more. The second thing was how hot the hallways were. Other than those two issues it was a very good experience.

"it was comfortable and clean, and the staff was great, I will come back to stay."

The Check-in Desk folks were Great, we really appreciated Summer and the other lady who was working that day, they offered great Customer Service and I really appreciated how we were taken care of and just so kind and courteous.

Can't Say there was anything I didn't like. Usually there is something, other than the higher floors only could use the back elevators, but that wasn't a big deal for us.
