"We would visit Louisville again but choose a different hotel."

The location was great, room was okay, shower was great

Only one elevator working, pool closed one day, pillows were too thick ( no variety of thickness), bedding was aweful ( didn’t cover my six foot husband) the TV only had cable channels ( no ABC, CBS, NBC) so unable to watch basketball games.

"One night stay"

My daughter and I stayed last weekend. The room was great and I had an incredible night sleep. There is a restaurant on site. There was an indoor pool, but we didn’t check it out. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

"Nice size but not up to par"

Close to event. Starbucks in lobby. Good size rooms.

Out of date furniture and couch looked dirty and very sketchy to sit on. Body fluid stains and hair. Pretty nasty. Toilet paper holder was broken and kept dropping the roll off. No microwave in room. No complimentary water in room for coffee. Breakfast buffet was not worth the money. Food was crap or just empty when you went up. Had better complimentary breakfast at low end hotels than here and staff was very slow and understaffed. I got 1 coffee in an hour of sitting to eat. Shower took a long time to get hot water. Had to leave it run 15 mins on high hot to even get warm on first floor.
