People very loud in the next room 219, when we checked in. Alerted the front desk, we went out for a few hours still quite loud at 10 pm at night

I’m waiting to hear if they will take some off my bill. We did not receive the proper housekeeping on day 2. Garbage not emptied and we asked for extra towels or we wouldn’t hv had them. The staff was very good. They even texted me to see how our stay was.
