"Gross! Bugs!!?"

Found tiny bugs in our beds in room 318. They moved us to room 334, & we checked the beds before unloading & there were tiny bugs in that room too - we were scheduled for several more nights but decided we were grossed out at that point. The desk clerk wasn’t going to cancel our reservation for the current day because it was 3:30pm, but I insisted he call a manager, & they found a way to cancel our remaining reservation including for the current day. Check the beds for little buggies 🤮

The staff was great.

The room was dark in the bathroom, had a big drain on the floor by the toilet which was odd, wallpaper was peeling off the wall in bathroom too. Very disappointing, just old and dated.

Propreté de la chambre (poussière) à revoir. Équipements à revoir : chasse d’eau dysfonctionnelle, morceau de métal qui dépasse sous le matelas du lit.
