They didn't have my room that I had reserved, then forced me to get a suite for a 100 dollar upcharge, the Jacuzzi tub didn't work, there was a pigeon nesting Right by the air conditioner, the elevator was very unreliable. The inside of the bathroom looked like somebody kept a ravenous wolf in there for 3 days. The paint was all scratched up with chips of it on the floor. The mixing valve for the shower was broken so hot wasn't hot and cold wasn't cold. Wasn't able to take a hot shower at all. There was no plug for the drain for the tub. Unable to use the tub even if I wanted to had to Jerry rig. Something to try to use the jacuzzi tub

The window blinds were broken in a few places and the curtains didn't cover.

The person at the desk was nice and checked us in quickly. That was the only good thing about the property. The top sheets were stained in both my room and my friend's room. The bathroom was dirty in the tub area... or at least it looked dirty because the tub was like it was from the early '60s. None of us felt safe in the area or at the hotel. There was prostitution going on and a pimp sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot waiting for the prostitute. It felt very unsafe and the area was not good. I paid $170 Canadian for the room. Ridiculous!

Staff was friendly. Overall my experience wasn't too bad. Hotel looks like it's newly renovated. My only issue was that the T.V didn't work. It was just there as decoration I guess. Bathroom floor needed to be cleaned (sweep) there was dust and a few hairs on the floor and bathtub.

The room was very stylish and very clean. It was a very nice room. The beds were so comfortable. I would definitely stay there again

The hot water would go in and out sometimes. My nephew and I stayed there for four days. Oh and my key never worked at the pool

garbage cans overflowing. not emptied during the two plus days i was there.
