Quality Inn & Suites Sunport Airport Albuquerque

The wifi was weak and sometimes it was necessary to run the hotel login page to reestablish the connection.

Located near food options. Room had fridge and microwave.

Dated property. Light bulbs missing in half the lights. Have to ask office for the "extras" iron, hair dryer, ice bucket. Loud road traffic late at night.

Room was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. There were enough towels in the bathroom. Traffic noise was non existent.

The tv remote did not work. I tried different ways of resetting the remote. Once I exhausted all methods, I called the front desk. They proceeded to ask me if I was staying more than one night. When I said no, they said they weren't going to do anything about the remote. They didn't even offer me a replacement that I could have gone myself to get at the front desk. Definitely did not enjoy having to sit there and change the tv manually by pushing all the buttons on the back of the tv.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room needed repairs and cleaned. While the bedding had been changed the floors and tub were dirty and the toilet seat was broken.
