The staff will bend over backwards to make sure your stay is great! Everyone I have dealt with on check-in, for schedule changes, or any other time has been super helpful and nice.

I didn’t like that the pool closes at 9:00. I also didn’t like that even though input the sign out to clean the room, housekeeping didn’t clean the room or give new towels. They have a small market where you can buy snacks or personal items but it was cash only.

The staff was very nice! Breakfast was very, very good! Overall the place was clean, but the carpets were dirty. When I walked on them in my socks, my socks got filthy

We have family in Albemarle and visit several times a year. They know us by name and that is a plus.

The front desk is always very friendly and helpful. I stay here every time I'm in town and they've been great.

Very noisy, door slamming, walls very thin can hear conversation, bed very uncomfortable, bathroom shower need to be updated definitely not worth the money requested.

The receptionist at the front desk was very polite and friendly.

Not enough parking . My mother is Handicapped and due to a car show we couldn’t even find a parking place on the property The staff and manager were great and helped us but where we had to park we worried about our car getting hit all night .

Staff is very nice and accomodating. Breakfast is very good!
