"Really good IF you don't stay by elevator"

Slow, kind waitress offered us fruit bowl due to service.

Room across from elevator and motor noise off and all all night. Spent additional 2 nights in another room and it was much better.

"Uneventful and, A disappointment!"

The location was adequate.

Out room was a king suite and , it was not properly cleaned and , we notified MGT and they offered to put us in a different room but , it wasn't a king suite , it was a queen suite with double beds that were very uncomfortable! It really put a damper on our stay because, we were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary! We were informed that a Manger would give us a call and , no one ever reached out. This was on September 29th and , now it's Nov 20th and still no call.

Gorgeous view, great room, basic buffet breakfast. The coupon we found online that said everyone that stays there would receive free breakfast, I was informed by the front desk, what's not valid for us. That was a disappointment.

The coupon should have been honored, and it wasnt.

"I enjoyed the hotel, I will definitely be back."

Its location and view of the city was breathtaking. It was close, to everything I wanted to see and do. I started out visiting family in Detroit, and would used the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel to get back and forth. Afterwards, I would go site seeing at night. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no bidet. Or valet services, to park the vehicle. And the parking garage was a block away. And no room service.
