The breakfast was descent for the type of property it is

If you focus of travel/visit is downtown, then this location is too far. Pay a little bit more to stay in downtown rather than shuttling between downtown and mt pleasant. Also the streets are not pedestrian friendly, even just to cross, most of the roads and streets are high speed traffic and do not have side walks.

The location was great it wasn’t too far from downtown Charleston and just about any direction you went there was something to do!

We had problems with getting in to our room when we first arrived because the key card or scanner wouldn’t work and after multiple tries and different cards we had to move rooms and even then it did the same thing. The carpet felt dirty and smelled like smoke and the bathrooms were very nasty.

"If you’re really on a budget, it’s OK but if you want somewhere decent to stay, I would choose somewhere else"

Breakfast was decent

Bathtub was rusted Trash was on the ground that staff continuously walked by The first night a group of workers sat out in the parking lot, drinking and playing loud music. It made my wife and daughter uncomfortable to get out of the car and parked on the other side of the building.
