I like that you check on your guests frequently throughout our stay via text messages. I like the furniture/desk in the room. I like the modern vibe the Hotel gave. The property was lovely and I enjoyed the location.

I would have loved to have a microwave in the room. I would have loved an option for room service.

The place is very clean and has a very great view to the chicago skyline and rooms were great.

The staff was very cold and unwelcoming when talking to at any time, asking for some replenishment items to be brought to the room and they didn't bring them all.
