The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate the many issues. Very nice people.

TV did not work despite trying everything. The room had a lot of cobwebs with debris in them close to the door. The room itself when we first walked in had a strong odor.

The beds were clean.

The lobby and the room smelled really bad. Room next door to ours were loud enough to hear over the TV and didn't quiet down till 7 am. So not much sleep. Picked up an air freshener for room.

This is an older facility but seems to be well maintained. Housekeeping only comes every three days so we had to go to the office once for towels but they were very friendly and helpful when meeting the request. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast is not GREAT but very good.

The McDonalds next door is rediculous. We ordered things there five times and they got the order wrong EVERY time and our orders were sometimes just DRINKS!!!
