did not bother with it. just wanted to leave because of the staffs treatment of us. We don't like being called liars.

Communication with the staff. Give us the room we booked accessible not standard and we have a written reservation as proof instead of calling us untruthful and telling us we did not book accessible

The room is very outdated old and dirty. The bathroom is really nasty. I would highly recommend ringing Shower) shoes because it looks like you’re likely to get something from the Shower) alone. The beds were at least clean. The staff was pretty nice. The breakfast was not really that good and not a lot of variety. There were frozen eggs, frozen sausage, cereal, yogurt, toast, and a waffle maker.

The person on duty was very friendly.

This is a motel located off the highway behind a McDonalds. The person next door to us appeared to live there permanently. He had his room door open and it reaked of marijuana. We got into our room and could not remain in the room because of the overwhelming weed smell. The person on duty offered to change our rooms, but since I had children with me, we opted to move to a different hotel, forfeiting our room cost. It was a very low end hotel location and clientele for the money, but the room itself was clean and acceptable. There was no hot water for the shower.

Very polite staff. I felt very welcomed upon my arrival. When I encountered the issue of my first room not being clean and serviced, they were very responsive and resolved it immediately. When I encountered a stopped-up plumbing in my second room, the front desk person came and personally fixed the problem.

When I finally got to my second room, the lights weren't working. I had to step into a dark room to turn on the wall lamp. It took a while (more than 30 minutes) to get my plumbing issue fixed. When I initially called, I sat on hold for more than 15 minutes. When they finally called me back, the first solution was to move me to yet another room (it was almost 10 p.m. by that time, and I was in my pajamas). When I declined that solution, the response was "Well, I don't know what you want me to do about it. I'm not a plumber." They offered to call the manager, and I agreed to wait. Only then did the front desk person show up at my door, plunger in hand.
