"Good, but a bit overpriced"

"Excellent"

Nice clean room with good amenities, good included breakfast with hot fried eggs and bacon. 8 min walk to Metro. Free shuttle to airport is nice. A bit isolated with no restaurants close by. The hotel restaurant's dinner time is at 8:00 pm, a bit inconvenient to us.

Hotel was over e300 for one night. Room was very dirty, carpet stained and damaged, bed head stained, blankets stained Only stayed one night after long day at work so slept in my clothes. Very poor indeed. Rubbish and old beds stacked up outside room A total rip off on the cost.

"Hotel Osuna is a good option for Barajas transfers"

I liked it. They had a airport transfer, but you need to call it in. This is complicated if you have no phone service in Spain. The neighborhood is a leafy residential area nice for walking after or before a long flight. Front desk was efficient and cordial. The room was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay.

"Great stay!"

Staff were friendly. They let me check in early as I had flown overnight from New York, room was simple, quiet enough. Bae and restaurant were nice. Being from the Us, having a bidet is always an extra bonus. Only thing I would say is in-room coffee would be cool.

The rooms were executive and clean. The only problem is that there was no kettle and there was no wi-fi in our rooms

Restaurant wasn’t open at the time it was meant to be waited 45mins which it opened 8.45pm by then we had already lost patients and left, also had to go down and ask for toilet paper and towels
