Comfort Inn Splash Harbor

The pool area with the splash pad was so much fun. Will definitely be back. Great place to take the grandbabies.

This was a great place for us to stay with 3 kids. They absolutely loved the pool area, and the game room. Breakfast is included, so family friendly. Parts of the hotel are a little dated but that did not matter to us.

The rooms were dirty, the carpets had stains and our feet were black from walking on them. The pool was dirty, the water wasn’t clean at all. Too many people. The people above us sounded like they were coming through the ceiling complained for hours. After the 4th time which was midnight a hotel worker went upstairs to tell them to stop. Paid almost $900.00 for two nights not worth it at all. Very disappointed…

The outside is clean and somewhat well kept , walking in the front door I could smell a strong odor of cannibis . The inside of the property is clean as it can be with carpet in a place thats specialty is its water park . Another strong musty odor permeates and the blue carpet is black with dirt trapped in it . The room was clean except for the filthy carpet turning your feet black . The beds are old and saggy , we left rather than sleep on them the second night we had paid for . The entire building smells of cannibis , it’s very loud with slamming doors and kids . I thought it would be a fun hotel for the weekend , but it turns out it is a local gather all the kids and get a room for the night/weekend party spot with dingy carpet and bad beds .

Rooms / carpet - grimy. Front desk Staff was incredibly nice. Pool are not always clesnest. Kids hot tub broken the whole time and they were not sllowed in ghe adult one. Overcrowding in the pool area, so not as fun.

I have came to this property many times but no more because they said I smoked in room and it smelled of it and it needed deep cleaned they took 150 from me for a dirty ass place to start with.

The hotel is functional but older. That’s not to say it wasn’t enjoyable. Just don’t expect anything very new. The kids enjoyed the pool area it but it was crowded and a few of the things didn’t work and said “closed for cleaning” for multiple days. The hotel in general is well kept for the volume of kids and family’s who rotate through there. The staff is where it comes together. They were great and very accommodating. I’d absolutely stay again with the kids.

Absolutely loved how well the splash part was kept up. The arcade area needs an upgrade, most 2 layer games no longer work. Breakfast was amazing for a hotel, fresh and hot. The selection was that of an expensive hotel. We will be back

Location was great.

You can tell it's under repair. Window sills were damaged. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. No elevator for our building. Did not like that our building did not connect to the building where the front desk and breakfast was. The room door did not shut on its own which worries me as a woman. It was very overpriced for the quality of the room but there were many events in the area this weekend.
