In general the water park area, my kids loved it.

It was severely out dated!!

We loved the water park portion of the hotel

The game room needs to be bigger and more things to do the machines where over priced I think the beds were so uncomfortable all my husband and I did was toss and turn

The room overlooked the waterpark that was so full of local residents using it for birthday parties that the noise level was ridiculous. We didn’t use the pool because the volume of people in it. The water was murky and you couldn’t get in without touching someone else.

I really enjoyed the staff and the swim area for.kidsm

Maybe a bit more supervision at the pool. There are a lot of kids here and the big boys were playing too rough and not using pool etiquette.

Room was nice and comfy.

Family hot tub was full of adults only. My kids was looking forward to doing that with their mom. We got in adult only for a pic and a worker told them to get out. Then she stood there talking to people in hot tub and let 8 kids get in and said nothing. Didn't have much interaction with any workers. Just the towel lady who came off as rude. We come every year but may not do again. We wanted a family hot tub pic for Christmas cards. We didn't get that and kids didn't get to do hot tub at all. Family hot tub should be for Family not adults watching their kids. I sat there almost 2 hours with same adults in it.
