All guests holding a reservation at our Hotel must present a valid vaccination card at check in time in order to stay with us. Our property will comply with Peruvian protocols and only will allow guests doing so. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. La poca proactividad del personal de atención al cliente. No te ayudan a subir tu equipaje desde el estacionamiento hasta tu habitación, debes hacerlo sólo. No te dan información sobre todas las instalaciones que hay.

La ubicación y el esmero de los porteros en atenciones

Que la atención disminuye cuando la estancia se va acabando, en la última noche ya no tuvimos las suficientes toallas, vasos para el café, agua, asi como pague por 3 noches, la atención debió ser la misma, Otro punto es que compró por la plataforma y al momento de pagar me.cobran mas por el cambio y yo llevaba dolares como compré, es otro detalle a mejorar

Very friendly staff, they do everything to make it very pleasant for all their guests.

It certainly doesn't represent the Hilton name, nor the 5 star rating, very poor breakfast quality and presentation. It needs updating, very poor lighting everywhere in the room
