"Excellent location, generally a good place to stay, but needs some improvements."

The location is perfect, the room is confortable, everything was clean.

The bathroom had problem with the toilet lid, the shower spray was weak and scattered, and the bathtub is very slippery.

"UNA EXPERIENCIA MEMORABLE"

La ubicación y seguridad. El hotel está en la zona más exclusiva y segura de Monterrey. Cerca se tiene supermercados, restaurantes, centros comerciales. Esta cerca del Parque Líneal de las Calzadas, un parque con áreas verdes donde se puede caminar, trotar y descansar. Más allá a unas cuadras está un sector donde se pueden encontrar casas de cambio con un buen precio. Hay transporte a toda hora El personal muy amable, las habitaciones son cómodas. Viajamos con mi papá para el repechaje del Mundial 2026 apoyando a Bolivia y el hotel completo una experiencia inolvidable. Fuimos caminando al hotel donde se hospedó la selección para el banderazo llegamos media noche caminando, todo seguro y tranquilo.

El desayuno bueno, aunque se puede mejorar la variedad. Algunos muebles del hotel necesitan mantenimiento, pero en caso de ajustes o algún inconveniente, te atienden rápido. No cuentan con ascensor, pero el hotel no tiene muchos niveles.
