"Bad customer service"

There was a mess up with the reservation I tried for 56 days to resolve it. The manager was never in no one else vould help. No one could access her email. Bad customer service.

My reservation was messed up. I tried to resolve the issue for 56 days was never able to resolve the issue. The manager was never in. Nobody else could access her emails or help out. I'll never stay there again.

"Right off the highway, fantastic breakfast place next door."

Right off the highway next to a truck stop with a fantastic resturaunt/Cafe. You can also walk to the Taco Bell which is right next door. Plenty of parking as well. The hotel is pet friendly, but you will be put in a smoking room.

It was a little out dated, and very limited options for breakfast at the hotel itself.

my room was very clean. parking lot was clean. Super helpful and nice staff. They went out of their way several times to make my stay even more comfortable than it already was. lots of parking., trailer friendly around the back!!!

We left before breakfast so na on that. The lady at the desk was pleasant enough. This appears to be a place where a lot of working guys stay. In other words loud and dirty. The carpet in our room was appalling, and I am not that picky! I appreciate a good deal when I just need to sleep a few hours. We left at 545 am. Our room was right next to the lobby so maybe that explained the noise all night
