There was dead bugs on the carpet and a live roach crawling on the wall, within 5 minutes of getting in our room. We were only able to get half our money back too.

Allowed dogs! Room size was ok bathroom surround in tub was not caulked well, showed signs of leakage from above bath. Rugs not clean, crickets and saw a beetle in the room. sheets barely fit the bed, blanket was scratchy. Breakfast was cold cereal all sugared.

The staff was wonderful. The pool was broke and that was my main selling point. also no continental breakfast rooms were a 2 out of 5 stars, but the beds were clean under the covers. there were people outside our room all night i only worried about my car, but i felt safe inside the room.

"Find alternative "

On a long car trip, we needed a spot to relax before finishing the last leg of our trip home. I booked this because of the outdoor pool which ended up being drained. There also was no breakfast and from the condition of the hotel I’m guessing they were using Covid as an excuse in order to cut costs. As most hotels we’ve been staying in provided some sort of grab and go breakfast. But the outside appearance of the hotel is questionable or as my husband put it, looks like a drug bust is about to go down. Each queen bed had 2 flattened pillows and the blackout drapes were so worn the plastic coating appeared to be pealing off. This hotel would be a great option if there is absolutely nothing available or if you are pulling off the road just to grab a few hours of rest. But if you are planning any amount of time to relax, pay the money for a different hotel.
