Dead bugs in the bathroom. Killed two bugs during the night. Large cigarette burn on the coverlet, in a non-smoking room. No coffee with the free breakfast.

This place truly needs a serious upgrade. Had to change my room twice due to the smell of cigarette smoke. Toilet is too small. No lounging chair so I could relax.

This place is super sketch at best. I told them they need to improve on the quality of the stays. I found a roach in my bed sheets and ask for new sheets and a vaccum. No discounts or refunds or anything for cleaning my own room. Which had multiple dead water bugs when I checked in too. They claim outside coming in but this company is making 70 a night per room so they definitely can afford to spray or put down some bug killer. Nextly had to ask for toilet paper, windows are filthy, pool is not clean and yes the property is dated but the owner can address many of the cleaning issues by paying someone to clean properly. People are living on site and they need to be checked out too how clean they are or are not. I’m a cleaning lady and landlord and most of the issues they have can be solved by just doing the work to make it a better experience for customers. It would be worth more money a night if they actually spent the time to CLEAN the property.

There were some type of black bugs in the room. the room was not very clean and had an odor. Other occupants were loud outside and slamming doors. I will not stay there again and left as soon as i could
