Nice hotel location is good. Room is clean and tidy! Staffs service is very good too. Gym room is open for 24 hours which is very convineance for traveller. It is good choice for business and travel plan.

The hotel boasts an elegant and comfortable atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a very convenient location. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from staff member Winnie. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently warm, enthusiastic, and patient — always greeting us with a genuine smile that made us feel truly welcomed. Whether it was answering questions or helping arrange our needs, she handled everything with great thoughtfulness and attention to detail, far exceeding our expectations. It’s dedicated staff like Winnie who add a special human touch to the stay and make the experience truly memorable. We will definitely be choosing Marco Polo Hotel Xiamen again on our next visit to Xiamen! Highly recommended to all travelers! 🌟

Very good location. Just across the road is a park with endless walking paths. I found the group that work at the Concierge desk, all of them, polite and very resourceful. The Lady captain, Jenny, at the breakfast restaurant, is in a class by herself. She welcomes, leads, serve, and finds you anything you ask. The Italian restaurant serves good food, very reasonably priced. Nice neighbourhood. Good food options in small neighborhood restaurants. Surly service at the attached Starbucks.

The hotel is probably reaching the point where it needs some refreshing. A cosmetic refurbishment. It was a little bit tired. A few things broken in the room. Stained floor tiles.

過剰ではなく，しかも，心のこもったサービスがとても嬉しかったです。仕事と休息を兼ねての利用でしたが，部屋で落ち着いて仕事ができました。また，近々利用したいと思います。

特にありません。ただ，Wi-Fiを接続する時，姓を入力するように指示が出ましたが，姓を入れると接続できませんでした。名前を入れると接続できました。

Loved it, great location, spaces for running, good food from their restaurant, and good gym (though I had to request it to be open very early in the morning). A solid grocery store nearby, too. I'll definitely yo back.

- Just one staff member guy, seemingly a manager, seemed annoyed when I requested a salad instead of fries and not very welcoming afterwards. Everyone else was great
