The staff was absolutely the sweetest!! We will stay here every time we had to Salt Lake. We had planned on staying downtown but our hotel had a power outage so they sent everyone away. We ended up at this hotel by a fluke, but literally, our new favorite hotel!!

"Will Visit Again! "

The lady at the front desk to check in with was very friendly and quick to get us in our room. She knew we were on vacation to get away from the kids for a weekend so she switched us rooms to be away from any kids. They have very simple but clean rooms! The bed was comfortable and room was at great temperature! Rooms were clean, awesome choice of tv shows and great shower. The pool and hot tub is 24/7 which is so nice only complaint was the hot tub was not working. They have a beautiful out doors with a fire pit and awesome seating area as well as a breakfast til 11am and a Starbucks and bar on location!

Our air conditioner was broken and the staff promptly found is another room and brought the key card to the room. That was very customer focused.
