It’ clean, but old and damaged, the elevator do not was working, the brekfast hours 6-9 am

This property was clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

Breakfast bar needs help Waffles were good but that’s all

I’ve stayed here many times and never had a problem . This time was a little different. The elevator was out and they had help getting our luggage to the third floor but the next day we had to take it down the stairs. I will stay there again this just wasn’t one of the better times.

Our room smelled terrible linens smelled terrible! Mildew and mold everywhere. Elevator wasn’t working had to climb 4 flights of stairs with our luggage and child. Staff was extremely rude when my older son went down to get breakfast.

Elevator didnt work bith days Room smeeled stale and musty Hot tub non functional whole stay Worst stay in expedia history. Would never stay here again.

This hotel could use some updating. The elevator was out of service. The paint in the room was chipped. The bathroom tub was rusted and dirty. The employee smoking lounge seems to be outside the front doors. You have to walk through a cloud to get back in the lobby. I guess for the price it was adequate but there maybe better options in the area.

I paid more to go to this hotel instead of the other nearby hotel options. It also advertises breakfast included. When I got here, the elevator was broken, my ac was really loud and whiny, and then I set my alarm for breakfast, and all they had was a bowl of fruit and a waffle maker - with no more waffle batter. The amount I paid extra for this hotel instead of the other ones, I would have liked to have had some eggs & sausage which is pretty standard for hotel continental breakfasts. I regret spending what I spent for this specific hotel because it didn’t deliver.
