Hampton Inn Juno Beach

Lack of hospitality and professionalism.

This hotel is convenient and in much better shape than the one in Cleveland, where I had stayed the previous weekend. The breakfast, though typical American diet, does offer more choices, like fruit and yogurt. The staff is friendlier and the offer assistance when needed. I reported a little issue with towel to the Guest , SONIA and she responded very positively.

I had an issue with towels, but that is being resolved. They need to replace some old ones.

Have stayed there several times. They seem to continually make improvements and keep the facility up and clean.

Could have better tv channels offered.

NO ONE AT FRONT DESK SIGN SAYING THEY ARE ASSISTING ANOTHER GUEST OR PERFORMING ANOTHER TASK WAITED MORE THAN15 MINUTES MANGER WAS NEVER IN, WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THEM, NOT THERE, OR IN MEETING NEVER ATTEMPTTED TO CONTACT HILTON MEMBER I WAS GIVEN INCORRECT INFOMATION BY STAFF MEMBER STATING THERE WOULD BE A SIGN SAYING JUNO, REGARGING SIGN FROM TURNPIKE, WENT SOUTH PAST LOCATION, ENTERED INTO LAKE WORTH / WELLINGTON AREA LOST A LOT OF TIME TRAVELING! UNNESSSARY HOTEL PROVIDED INCORRECT TRAVEL TO INFORMATION! NO, I DO NOT HAVE A NEW AUTOMOBILE THAT HAS GPS RELIED ON STAFF'S INFORMATIOM NO ONE ANSWERING THE FRONT DESK PHONE
