Novotel Bangna in Bangkok offers a highly pleasant and comfortable lodging experience, distinguished by its impeccably clean and generously sized rooms. Furthermore, its close proximity to a BTS train station, reachable by a short walk, greatly enhances the convenience of travel. This accessibility allows for effortless exploration of Bangkok's tourist attractions and enjoyment of its renowned culinary offerings. The hotel's staff are notably friendly and accommodating. Specifically, staff members Cookies and Ploy are to be commended for their patient explanation of hotel amenities and for embodying the characteristic warmth and hospitality of Thailand during the check-in process. I anticipate returning to Novotel Bangna for future visits to Bangkok.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

The pool area was not very nice. Could have been more garden-like with wooden tiles or planks and definitely more plants and not so much concrete. It looked so empty. Breakfast was in general ok. Would have liked more variety in bread not only white bread. Did not notice that I could have had a freshly made filled omelette. Maybe this should be positioned more prominent. The location was very far out of the city center. The elevators were quite dangerous. The door closed far to quickly and hit you instead of opening straight away when someone was between the light barrier. Also the waiting time for an elevator was rather long considering there are 3 elevators and really not many people requesting them. Another thing is, I definitely would have preferred a walk in shower instead of climbing into a bathtub for showering each day!

My family and I went for the dim sum buffet lunch last Sunday, 8 March. It was my first time trying the buffet, although we have dined at Shui Xin many times before since it is our favorite Chinese restaurant. The food was, as always, very delicious. I especially loved the fried rice. This time we also met Khun Jum, the manager. She was wonderful and made our experience very memorable. She recommended several dishes for us and everything was great. The service was also much better than our visit last year in Nov 2025, which unfortunately was not a very pleasant experience. Thank you to the chef for the delicious food and to Khun Jum for the excellent service. We will definitely come back.
