Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff, nice buffet breakfast. Comfortable rooms.

Location isn't great and not easy to walk from the hotel to nearby malls.

"Short stays with warm hospitality"

I stayed there on April 12&22 for my transit flights waiting time due to avoid airport capsule hotel’s narrow space and 4hours limit room charges. Both of my arrival times were around 11 pm and checked out time were 6am due to my flights check in counter opening time were 6:30am. Hotel front desk duty staff man was very helpful and friendly. Hotel location was not far from the airport. It’s easy to get taxi service with mobile app. I think staying in airport capsule room is annoying for me and my wife.So we chosen this hotel for night stop were right choices. Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable during our stay. I’ would stay again there when I have another travel plan has enough transit time.

Place is very strategic, it is nearby some shopping malls and night markets. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. I was with P Zonya and P Jianghai.

Excellent service and food. For six days stay food become bore to us. Change menu day by day is more proper to enjoy. We always stay when we are in foreign trip and we want to be regular customer. Any membership about Novotel customer? If yes advise us. Thanks

Novotel Bang na offers amazing amenities and I was especially impressed by the front desk team, especially Ms Zonya. They are incredibly accommodating and always welcome the guests with a smile. I highly recommend it for business travellers
